What to upload and how to prepare

Tank information

In most cases, this can come from your ERP or from an existing spreadsheet. Upload the version your team already uses. If the file clearly contains your tank names, capacities, or current contents, that is a good starting point.

Cellar layout

This can be a photo of a whiteboard, a hand sketch, a PDF, or another simple image that clearly shows the tank layout. As long as we can see where the tanks are positioned, we can work from it.

Winery software / ERP

Enter the software your winery uses. If you are not sure of the exact name, enter the best information you have. Common examples include vintrace, InnoVint, or custom internal systems.

Temperature format

Choose whether your team works in Celsius or Fahrenheit. This helps us configure your account with the right units from the start.

Upload the spreadsheet or export your team already works from. If it includes your tank information clearly, that is a good place to start. Don't worry about formatting β€” we can work with common file types.
That is okay. A whiteboard photo, sketch, or simple image can still be enough to move forward. If you can take a quick photo of your current cellar whiteboard or draw a rough layout, that works.
